AC Nielson records purchases from most supermarket and service stations in New Zealand. The data repository includes sales data, analysed by Health New Zealand, from 2010 onwards. The sales data provides information about purchasing behaviour, including seasonal fluctuations and the impacts of tobacco control measures such as tax excise increases.
