The Quitline data show the number of quit attempts made through Quitline each month from 2005. Smokers can access cessation support from Quitline via telephone, text or online. The Quitline is managed by Homecare Medical and funded by the Ministry of Health. Prior to November 2015, Quitline was managed by The Quit Group, an incorporated charitable trust.
